For international customers, we provide comprehensive size conversion charts (US, UK, EU, and Asian standards) on each ring product page. If you order a ring and find the size incorrect, we offer one complimentary resizing within the first sixty (60) days for standard designs that have not been engraved or otherwise customized. Resizing of eternity bands, tension settings, or certain complex designs may not be possible; please inquire before purchase.

2. Orders & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as debit cards and secure payments through Stripe. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways with 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the highest level of security for your financial information. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. All prices are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD).

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Customized, engraved, or made-to-order items require additional processing time, typically five (5) to ten (10) business days, depending on complexity and current workshop capacity. During peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and the winter holiday period), processing times may extend by an additional one to two business days. You will receive an order confirmation email upon placement and a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Q: Will I be charged sales tax or customs duties?

A: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax regulations. For international orders shipped to Europe, Canada, and other regions outside the United States, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, value-added tax (VAT), or other local taxes imposed by your country’s authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are your financial responsibility. For orders shipped to the European Union and the United Kingdom, applicable VAT may be collected at checkout where legally required.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes. We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and select other European countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are clearly calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method. We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses, temporary lodging facilities, or certain restricted countries due to customs regulations and insurance limitations.

A: Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method:

  • United States (Expedited): 2–3 business days
  • United States (Express): 1–2 business days
  • Canada: 7–10 business days
  • Europe (Standard): 7–14 business days

Please note that these are estimates and do not include order processing time. Holidays, customs clearance, and carrier delays may extend delivery windows. International deliveries may be subject to additional customs processing time, which varies by country and is beyond our control.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Certainly. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking portal. You may monitor your package in real time as it travels to your destination. If your tracking information has not updated for more than five (5) business days, or if the status indicates an exception or delay, please contact us immediately at support@findweekend.com so that we may initiate a trace investigation with the carrier.

Q: Is my shipment insured?

A: Yes. Every FindWeekend shipment is fully insured against loss, theft, and damage during transit up to the declared value of the contents. Orders over $250 USD require an adult signature (age 21 or older) upon delivery. We do not authorize packages to be left unattended at doorsteps or with neighbors. If you anticipate difficulty receiving deliveries during business hours, we recommend shipping to your workplace or using the carrier’s hold-for-pickup service.

Q: What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

A: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will file an insurance claim on your behalf and offer you a full replacement or a complete refund to your original payment method, at your discretion. 4. Returns & Refunds

Q: How do I request a return or exchange?

A: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within thirty (30) days of delivery. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted. A: The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective: customized or engraved items; resized rings; made-to-order or bespoke pieces; earrings and body jewelry (for hygiene reasons); gift cards and store credits; and items marked as “Final Sale” or discounted by 30% or more. If you are uncertain about an item’s return eligibility, please contact us before purchasing.

Q: How long does a refund take?

A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days to your original payment method. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider: credit cards typically take 5–10 business days; PayPal refunds may appear within 24–48 hours; and bank transfers or debit cards may take 7–14 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: If the return is due to a defect, incorrect item, or error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover all associated costs. For returns due to personal reasons (change of mind, size preference, or style preference), you are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method with full insurance coverage, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item and are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit to us.

A: To preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewelry, we recommend the following care practices: remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or engaging in household chores; avoid exposure to perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, and cleaning chemicals; store pieces separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratching and tangling; clean regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth; and for deeper cleaning, use warm water with mild dish soap and a soft-bristled brush, then dry thoroughly. Each order includes a complimentary care instruction card and polishing cloth.

Q: Do you offer repair or resizing services?

A: Yes. We offer a comprehensive range of repair and maintenance services, including professional cleaning, prong tightening, clasp replacement, chain soldering, rhodium re-plating for white gold, and ring resizing. One complimentary resizing is available within the first sixty (60) days for standard ring designs that have not been engraved. Additional resizing or repairs outside the warranty period are available at competitive rates. A: All FindWeekend jewelry comes with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care. It does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper storage, exposure to harsh chemicals, or normal wear and tear (such as scratches, dents, or loosening of stones due to daily wear).
