We understand that purchasing fine jewelry—whether it is an engagement ring, a delicate necklace, a statement bracelet, or a pair of elegant earrings—is a significant and personal decision. We take immense pride in the craftsmanship, quality, and authenticity of every piece we offer, and we want you to feel confident and delighted with your selection.

This Refund and Return Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms, conditions, procedures, and timeframes governing the return, exchange, and refund of Products purchased through our website at https://findweekend.com (the “Site”). By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy. This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this Policy, please contact our customer service team before making a purchase.

Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to the conditions set forth below. We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice, except that the Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your specific transaction. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

1. General Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges on most Products within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking records. To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, the following conditions must be strictly met:

  • The Product must be in its original, unused, unworn, and undamaged condition. We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear, alteration, resizing, polishing, engraving, or any other modification.
  • All original packaging, boxes, pouches, certificates of authenticity, appraisal documents, care instructions, and any complimentary gifts or promotional items included with the original order must be returned in their original condition.
  • The Product must not have been exposed to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or other substances that may alter its finish, color, or structural integrity. Jewelry that has been worn, even briefly, may show microscopic signs of contact that render it ineligible for return.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as the original order confirmation email, receipt, or invoice.
  • The return must be initiated through our authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, as detailed in Section 3 of this Policy.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items thoroughly upon receipt. If a returned Product does not meet the above conditions, we will notify you via email and ship the item back to you at your expense. No refund or exchange will be issued for non-compliant returns.

2. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

Due to the personalized, customized, or intimate nature of certain jewelry items, the following categories of Products are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, except in the case of manufacturing defects as covered under our warranty:

  • Customized and Personalized Jewelry: Any item that has been customized, engraved, monogrammed, or personalized according to your specifications, including but not limited to engraved rings, pendants with custom inscriptions, birthstone arrangements, or bespoke designs created specifically for you.
  • Resized Rings: Rings that have been resized to your specific finger measurements, whether sized up or down from their original standard size, are considered altered and cannot be returned.
  • Made-to-Order and Bespoke Pieces: Jewelry items that are crafted, assembled, or sourced specifically upon your order, including commissioned designs, limited-edition pieces, and items marked as “Special Order” or “Made to Order” at the time of purchase.
  • Earrings and Body Jewelry: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, ear cuffs, body chains, and any other piercing-related jewelry are final sale once the original packaging seal has been broken or the item has been removed from its sterile packaging.
  • Gift Cards and Store Credits: All gift cards, electronic gift certificates, and store credits purchased from FindWeekend are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Items Purchased on Sale or Clearance: Products marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” “Non-Returnable,” or discounted by 30% or more from their original retail price are sold as-is and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless explicitly defective.
  • Items Damaged by Customer Negligence: Products that have been damaged, broken, or lost due to improper care, accidents, misuse, or failure to follow our care instructions are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process

All returns must be pre-authorized through our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. Returns sent without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to you at your expense. To initiate a return, please follow these steps carefully:

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

Within thirty (30) days of delivery, contact our customer service team via email at support@findweekend.com or by phone at +1 6179843566. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange. Our team will review your request and respond within two (2) business days.

Step 2: Receive RMA Authorization

If your return is approved, we will issue you a unique RMA number and detailed return instructions via email. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package. Returns without a visible RMA number will be rejected.

Step 3: Secure Packaging and Shipping

Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all certificates, appraisals, and complimentary materials. Secure the package to prevent damage during transit. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping method with full insurance coverage equal to the original purchase price of the item. We strongly recommend using a reputable carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation. FindWeekend is not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.

Step 4: Ship to Our Facility

Ship the package to the return address provided in your RMA instructions. The return must be postmarked within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your RMA authorization. Returns postmarked after this period may be subject to refusal or a restocking fee of up to 15% of the item’s purchase price.

Step 5: Inspection and Processing

Upon receipt of your return, our quality assurance team will conduct a thorough inspection to verify that the item meets all return eligibility criteria. This inspection process typically takes three (3) to five (5) business days. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete and inform you of the approval or rejection of your return.

4. Refund Processing and Timeframes

If your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange according to your original request. The following conditions apply:

4.1 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer active or available, we may issue a store credit or request an alternative payment method at our discretion. We do not issue refunds via cash, check, or money transfer services. For orders paid via PayPal or other third-party payment processors, refunds will be processed through the same platform.

4.2 Refund Amount

The refund amount will equal the full purchase price of the returned item(s), minus any applicable restocking fees, shipping charges, or promotional discounts that were contingent upon the original purchase. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective Product, or item not as described). If your order qualified for free shipping based on a minimum purchase threshold and the return causes your order to fall below that threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

4.3 Processing Time

Once your return is approved, we will initiate the refund within five (5) to seven (7) business days. However, the actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider’s processing policies. Credit card refunds typically take five (5) to ten (10) business days to post. PayPal refunds may appear within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours but can take up to thirty (30) days in certain circumstances. Bank transfer and debit card refunds may take seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days. If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your financial institution first, and then reach out to us at support@findweekend.com.

5. Exchanges and Store Credits

If you wish to exchange a Product for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this when initiating your RMA request. Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility conditions as returns. If the new item you select has a higher price than the original, you will be required to pay the difference before the exchange is shipped. If the new item has a lower price, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit, based on your preference.

Store credits are issued in the form of electronic gift codes and do not expire. Store credits are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and must be used for purchases on https://findweekend.com. If you return an item purchased with store credit, the refund will be issued back to store credit.

For ring exchanges involving size changes, please note that we offer one complimentary resizing within the first sixty (60) days of purchase for standard designs that have not been engraved or otherwise customized. Resizing beyond one size adjustment, or resizing of complex settings (such as eternity bands, tension settings, or certain gemstone arrangements), may incur additional fees or may not be possible. Please contact us to confirm resizing feasibility for your specific ring.

6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We take extraordinary care in inspecting, packaging, and shipping every piece of jewelry. However, in the rare event that you receive a Product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (not what you ordered), we will make it right at no cost to you.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery by emailing support@findweekend.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damage or defect. We may request that you return the item for inspection. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and waive all return fees.

Upon verification of the defect, damage, or error, you may choose one of the following remedies: (i) a full refund to your original payment method, including original shipping costs; (ii) a replacement of the same item at no additional charge; or (iii) store credit for the full purchase amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. If the exact item is no longer available, we will offer a comparable substitute or a full refund at your discretion.

Please note that minor variations in natural gemstones, handcrafted metalwork, or vintage-inspired finishes are inherent characteristics of fine jewelry and do not constitute defects. Similarly, slight differences in color or texture due to monitor display settings are not grounds for a defect claim.

7. Shipping Costs and Responsibilities

Unless the return is due to our error (defective item, incorrect shipment, or item not as described), you are responsible for all costs associated with returning the Product to us. This includes return shipping fees, insurance, and any customs duties or taxes incurred for international returns. We strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment for the full retail value of the item and obtain a tracking number from your carrier. FindWeekend is not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit to our facility.

For returns due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for reasonable return shipping costs upon receipt of valid documentation (receipts or shipping invoices). Please do not return items using Cash on Delivery (COD) or freight collect, as these shipments will be refused.

8. Warranty and Repair Services

All FindWeekend jewelry items come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care. It does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper storage, exposure to harsh chemicals, or normal wear and tear (such as scratches, dents, or loosening of stones due to daily wear).

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty, please contact us at support@findweekend.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs. If the defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion, free of charge. You will be responsible for shipping the item to us; we will cover return shipping once the repair or replacement is complete.

For repairs outside the warranty period or for damage not covered by warranty, we may offer repair services at competitive rates. Please contact us for a repair estimate. We do not perform repairs on items not purchased from FindWeekend.

9. International Returns

Customers in Europe, Canada, and other international locations are subject to the same return eligibility criteria and timeframes as domestic customers. However, international customers should be aware of the following additional considerations:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees associated with returning items to the United States. These costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a reliable international courier with full tracking and insurance. Standard international mail services are not recommended for high-value jewelry returns.
  • Please clearly mark the customs declaration as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional duties upon entry into the United States. Failure to do so may result in customs charges that will be deducted from your refund.
  • International returns may take longer to process due to customs clearance and extended transit times. Please allow up to twenty-one (21) business days from the date of shipment for us to receive and inspect your return.

10. Fraud Prevention and Abuse

FindWeekend reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and deny returns to any customer who we reasonably believe is abusing our return policy, engaging in fraudulent activity, or exhibiting a pattern of excessive returns. This includes but is not limited to customers who repeatedly purchase and return items without a legitimate reason, customers who return items in a condition inconsistent with our eligibility criteria, or customers who attempt to return counterfeit or non-FindWeekend merchandise. We maintain detailed records of return history to identify and prevent policy abuse. Violations may result in account suspension, termination, and reporting to relevant authorities.
