If you order a ring and find the size incorrect, we offer one complimentary resizing within the first sixty (60) days for standard designs that have not been engraved or otherwise customized. Resizing of eternity bands, tension settings, or certain complex designs may not be possible; please inquire before purchase.

You will receive an order confirmation email upon placement and a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
A: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax regulations. For international orders shipped to Europe, Canada, and other regions outside the United States, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, value-added tax (VAT), or other local taxes imposed by your country’s authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are your financial responsibility. For orders shipped to the European Union and the United Kingdom, applicable VAT may be collected at checkout where legally required.

A: Certainly. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking portal. You may monitor your package in real time as it travels to your destination. If your tracking information has not updated for more than five (5) business days, or if the status indicates an exception or delay, please contact us immediately at support@findweekend.com so that we may initiate a trace investigation with the carrier.
A: Yes. Every FindWeekend shipment is fully insured against loss, theft, and damage during transit up to the declared value of the contents. Orders over $250 USD require an adult signature (age 21 or older) upon delivery. We do not authorize packages to be left unattended at doorsteps or with neighbors. If you anticipate difficulty receiving deliveries during business hours, we recommend shipping to your workplace or using the carrier’s hold-for-pickup service.
A: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will file an insurance claim on your behalf and offer you a full replacement or a complete refund to your original payment method, at your discretion. A: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within thirty (30) days of delivery. A: The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective: customized or engraved items; resized rings; made-to-order or bespoke pieces; earrings and body jewelry (for hygiene reasons); gift cards and store credits; and items marked as “Final Sale” or discounted by 30% or more. If you are uncertain about an item’s return eligibility, please contact us before purchasing.
A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days to your original payment method. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider: credit cards typically take 5–10 business days; PayPal refunds may appear within 24–48 hours; and bank transfers or debit cards may take 7–14 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
A: If the return is due to a defect, incorrect item, or error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover all associated costs. For returns due to personal reasons (change of mind, size preference, or style preference), you are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. A: All FindWeekend jewelry comes with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
